WolfP2P streams the original file bytes and supported relative paths so the receiver can reconstruct the working collection without cloud staging.
Why WolfP2P fits
For a direct handoff to one learner, editor, instructor, or archive computer, a Compatible Browser preserves the course, module, session, and supporting-material folders. Recordings also retain their original quality without compression or transcoding.
For private or licensed material, WolfP2P provides an encrypted direct transfer channel without placing another stored copy with an intermediary. Safe mode can retain recoverable progress for a large recording.
Include the materials that make each recording usable: captions, transcripts, slides, worksheets, thumbnails, and permitted source projects. Keep course and module folders explicit so the receiver can understand the collection without relying on the sender's learning platform. This is a private handoff, not a substitute for enrollment, access control, or licensed learner distribution.
Before you start
The browsers need a direct network path. The current configuration gathers host candidates only, with no STUN traversal between separate private networks and no TURN file relay. Even a shared network can block the connection. Complete folder preservation and disk-backed large-file handling require a Compatible Browser, such as current Chrome, Edge, or Brave, with the required capabilities confirmed by WolfP2P's live check. Both peers must remain online while file bytes are moving. Keep both transfer tabs open until completion. Confirm that the receiver can write to the chosen destination and has enough free space for the transfer mode.
How to move the course library
Check permission and assemble the course
Confirm that you may transfer the recordings, then place permitted videos, captions, transcripts, slides, worksheets, and supporting files beneath a clear course-and-module structure.
Choose the complete library folder
On the source computer, create a tunnel and select the highest-level folder that contains only the courses intended for this receiver.
Invite the learner, editor, or archivist
Privately share the invitation link or six-character code and have the receiver join while both computers are available.
Review the library and destination
The receiver checks the offered paths, file count, and total size, selects a destination with enough space, and accepts the offer.
If the browser refuses Documents or reports system files, create a subfolder inside Documents and select that instead. See folder permissions.
Transfer and check the result
Keep both computers awake, recover from a verified checkpoint if necessary, and open representative recordings, captions, and supporting documents at the destination.
One browser tab represents one tunnel. Reloading or browser-restoring the same tab can resume its session, but genuinely closing the tab ends that session.
WolfP2P preserves file bytes and supported relative paths, but not the source file's modification date and time. A transferred file receives the current date and time when it is written at the destination.
Questions and answers
Are the recordings compressed?
No. WolfP2P transfers the selected media bytes without compression, resizing, or transcoding.
Do modules and supporting files stay together?
Compatible Browsers, such as Chrome, Edge, or Brave preserve nested course and module paths beneath the chosen destination. The same folder-preservation boundary is explained in the simpler complete-folder workflow.
Can students download the course later from one shared link?
No. WolfP2P is a live one-to-one transfer, not a learning platform or hosted distribution service. Use an authorized hosted system for asynchronous or multi-recipient access.
Does WolfP2P manage course access rights?
No. The sender is responsible for having permission to transfer the materials and for sharing the link only with the intended recipient.
