Stream your files browser-to-browser. Peer-to-peer (P2P) means your browser delivers files directly to the other person’s browser over an encrypted connection, without waiting for a cloud upload first. There is no required installation, account to create, or hosted middle copy. The WolfP2P server helps the browsers connect but does not receive, store, or relay file bytes or file metadata.

Why use WolfP2P?

Stream Large Files

Get the file as it is sent. WolfP2P streams it in smaller pieces over the direct browser connection, with progress, speed, elapsed time, and estimated time remaining visible to both people.

Move Complete Folders

Move complete folders browser-to-browser. Structure intact. On compatible browsers, WolfP2P preserves supported subfolders and relative paths at the destination without requiring a ZIP first.

Simple, Lightweight Access

Open WolfP2P.com in a compatible browser. No account, file server, or network share to configure. Installation is optional and recommended for convenient access: when your browser offers it, choose Install WolfP2P in the top toolbar. Browser permissions still apply.

No Middle Copy

Your files and their names travel over the encrypted browser-to-browser connection. WolfP2P helps the browsers connect without receiving or storing those files or names.

Durable Progress

After an interruption, WolfP2P can check completed files and skip matching copies. Safe mode on compatible browsers can also continue a large file from saved progress.

No Quality Loss

WolfP2P streams the selected file bytes without compressing, transcoding, or resizing them, so photos, videos, and other files arrive unchanged.

How WolfP2P works

One person sends files and one person receives them. WolfP2P guides both browsers from a private invitation to a confirmed transfer while keeping the files on a direct path between them.

From invitation to arrival

  1. Create a tunnel

    The sender opens a temporary tunnel and receives a link and a six-character code to invite the peer.

  2. Invite the receiver

    The sender privately shares the invitation through a messaging app or email, or shares the six-character code over the phone. The receiver opens the link or enters the code and chooses to join.

  3. Choose what to send

    After confirming the intended receiver has joined, the sender selects files or, in a compatible browser, an entire folder.

  4. Review and accept

    The receiver reviews the offered paths, file count, and total size, chooses where to save the files, and accepts the offer.

  5. Transfer and confirm

    The browser clients stream the file bytes directly while both people follow the transfer’s progress. WolfP2P confirms when the accepted set has arrived or provides recovery guidance after an interruption.

WolfP2P fits when

  • The receiver has enough destination disk space and both people can use browsers and networks that support a direct connection.

  • The receiver needs to download the files later while the sender is offline.
  • Several people need to use the same download link.
  • You need cloud storage, backup, continuous synchronization, public hosting, or an automated transfer.
  • A restrictive network prevents the browsers from establishing a direct connection.
