Exist.Dev LLC's designated-agent registration is active, and the Copyright Complaint form is available. Designated-agent registration does not itself establish that WolfP2P qualifies for a statutory safe harbor.
Exist.Dev LLC respects intellectual-property rights and requires WolfP2P users to transfer only files they have the right to transfer.
What WolfP2P can and cannot remove
WolfP2P's coordination server does not receive or store files transferred over the direct browser-to-browser data channel. Exist.Dev therefore cannot retrieve, inspect, or delete a transferred file that exists only on the sender's or receiver's device.
Exist.Dev can review a properly identified WolfP2P-hosted page, public content, or alleged misuse of a service function within its control. It may preserve limited relevant records and restrict access where technically available, legally required, and consistent with the Terms of Service. A complaint does not authorize Exist.Dev to begin inspecting unrelated transfers or collecting transferred file contents.

The registration can be verified through the US Copyright Office DMCA designated-agent directory by searching for Exist.Dev LLC or DMCA-1078653.
Submit a copyright notice
Identify material or activity within WolfP2P's control
Describe the WolfP2P-hosted page, public content, or service activity that you believe Exist.Dev can locate and address. A transferred file that exists only on participants' devices cannot be retrieved or removed by Exist.Dev.
Include the required notice information
A notice should include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list when one notice covers multiple works.
- Identification of the material or activity claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for Exist.Dev to locate the WolfP2P-hosted material or service activity within its control.
- The reporting party's name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the reporting party has a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that the reporting party is the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Submit the form without transferred files
Send the notice through the Copyright Complaint form. The form does not accept uploads. If supporting documents are necessary after review, Exist.Dev will explain how to provide them safely.
Do not attach the allegedly infringing file, provide a live tunnel code, send credentials, or ask Exist.Dev to open material that the coordination server does not possess. Explain the WolfP2P-controlled location or conduct that you believe can be addressed.
What happens after a notice
Exist.Dev will assess whether the notice identifies material or activity within its control, whether more information is required, and which response is technically available and legally appropriate. Depending on the circumstances, Exist.Dev may respond to the reporting party, restrict identifiable misuse, preserve limited records, request clarification, or explain that it does not possess or control the transferred file.
Repeated misuse without user accounts
WolfP2P does not currently provide user accounts, so it cannot terminate an account that does not exist. When substantiated reports identify repeated misuse through operational information already lawfully available to Exist.Dev, Exist.Dev may restrict or block access at the network or service level where reasonably possible.
Exist.Dev will not begin inspecting transferred files, retain tunnel codes beyond their approved operational period, or fingerprint devices merely to operate this policy. Because network identifiers can be shared or reassigned, Exist.Dev will consider available contrary information and provide a reasonable correction or appeal route when a restriction may affect someone not responsible for the reported conduct.
Exist.Dev will document material enforcement decisions, including when the direct-transfer architecture does not provide enough reliable information to identify or restrict the reported user.
Registration of a designated agent does not mean that the US Copyright Office has determined that WolfP2P qualifies for a particular statutory safe harbor.
